Terms and Conditions

These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between Shake N Seasons Ltd and any person, firm or company ('the Purchaser') placing an order online with Shake N Seasons Ltd for the supply of any goods ('the Goods'). Shake N Seasons Ltd, by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser, agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the prices stated on Shake N Seasons Ltd's website and the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Shake N Seasons Ltd stated therein.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT THE CUSTOMER'S STATUTORY RIGHTS.

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT:

Shake N Seasons Ltd provides a secure payment system by utilising PayPal's services for all online payments. Payments can be submitted online. The Purchaser's private data will always be encrypted in transit over the Internet. The Purchaser should see a solid padlock in their browser status bar, which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Credit card payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.

Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been made in full.

RETENTION OF TITLE:

The risk in the goods shall pass from the seller to the buyer upon delivery of such goods to the buyer. However, notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, title and property in the goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the buyer until the seller has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the buyer under this and all other contracts between the seller and the buyer for which payment of the full price of the foods thereunder has not been paid.

DELIVERY:

Shake N Seasons Ltd will make every effort to dispatch orders within two working days of receipt and aim to deliver to our customers within four working days.

Depending on address and parcel size, we use several couriers to ensure deliveries arrive in good condition as soon as possible. Our couriers will usually attempt to deliver three times. If they cannot provide the goods, they will either be taken to a local collection point and held for up to 10 days for collection, where proof of ID will be required for the goods to be released, or else returned to Shake N Seasons Ltd. Once Shake N Seasons Ltd have dispatched the goods, any change of delivery address by the customer may incur an extra carriage charge. 

All quoted time periods will be extended to the next working day if they end on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday. This includes all cancellation periods and the time limits for refunding goods and providing refunds.

DELIVERY OF DAMAGED GOODS:

In the event of damaged Goods, the Purchaser shall notify Shake N Seasons Ltd. within 3 days of receipt. Shake N Seasons Ltd. will automatically replace or refund faulty or damaged goods; however, the customer must retain the damaged goods for inspection by the carrier.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY CHARGES:

All prices on our website include delivery charges to any mainland UK address. For all other delivery costs, please get in touch with us for details.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

Shake N Seasons Ltd reserves the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if, for any reason, the items listed on the website are not available. Please note that we will email you to inform you of any planned substitution prior to your order being dispatched.

WARRANTIES
The Website Owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website, the information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of the date the customer receives the Goods. Where this right is exercised, Purchaser has the right to be refunded the full amount. The refund will take place within 5 days. All goods must be returned in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse unsealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons. If the Purchaser wishes to cancel the contract, the Goods must be returned to Shake N Seasons, Clear Storage, Rotherwas North, Poplar Way, Hereford, HR2 6LB at the Purchaser's expense.
